The 37.5-Megawatt (MW) DC solar project stands as the largest undertaking in NESCO’s history, marking a significant milestone in the company’s commitment to renewable energy. Construction on this landmark project began in May 2016 and reached substantial completion by November of the same year—an impressive achievement given the project’s scale and complexity.

The solar farm consists of 120,960 modules strategically installed to maximize energy production. At its peak, the project provided employment opportunities for more than 400 individuals, contributing not only to local economic development but also to the growth of the clean energy workforce.

Despite a delayed start and an exceptionally compressed construction timeline, the project team demonstrated exemplary project management, coordination, and problem-solving. Through meticulous planning, effective resource allocation, and seamless collaboration among stakeholders, the team was able to overcome scheduling challenges and deliver the project on time.

This solar installation now contributes significantly to the region’s renewable energy portfolio, showcasing NESCO’s ability to execute large-scale energy projects with efficiency and excellence. It stands as a testament to the company’s technical capabilities, commitment to sustainability, and ability to drive progress under pressure.
