NESCO built a portfolio of three solar EPC projects in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, each contributing to greater efficiency, collaboration, and operational expertise. Multiple projects in close geographic proximity allowed for optimized resource allocation and consistent team deployment, leading to refined strategies and the development of best practices. The portfolio faced unique regional challenges, including an active eagle nesting zone and extreme mountain weather, which tested NESCO’s core operating principles of safety, quality, and efficiency. These experiences not only reinforced those principles but also elevated performance standards across all projects.
