NESCO ownership’s comprehensive background includes over 30-years of experience as a General Contractor in the construction and solar industry. Our team has extensive experience delivering solar services to a wide range of companies on a variety of small and large projects with multiple scopes throughout the US (from 100 kw up to 40 MW DC). NESCO has the capability to self-perform many of the scopes required. In-house services include foundation load test services and installation, full mechanical assembly and installation, electrical services, construction management services and site maintenance. FOUNDATIONS
NESCO collaborates with engineering firms to offer customized foundation solutions. Our assessments are based on detailed reviews of geotechnical reports, on-site pile testing, soil analysis and all applicable codes and load considerations. Our tailored approach is based on vast experience with installations throughout the country and allows NESCO to accurately estimate materials and labor – resulting in reduced costs. From direct drive to pre-drill and cast-in-place, NESCO has the experience of installing over 250 MWs of foundations for solar projects throughout the country and can provide creative design solutions to any project to overcome any subsurface condition.
Pile Design and Load Testing
In collaboration with project and geotechnical engineers, NESCO offers pullout and lateral load testing to ensure precise system design and accurate material requirements. We are well-versed in all types of foundations and can provide a complete, turnkey post foundation solution.

Pile Installation
NESCO executes its Post driving services with the industry’s premier GAYK Hydraulic Pile Driving System, and Vermeer PD10’s. This specialized equipment, allows NESCO to provide fast and accurate post installation for a wide variety of systems. The quality and accuracy of our post installations allow for increased productivity of the follow-on rack installation, and the mobility of the GAYK and PD10’s allows mobilization to accommodate any size project. At NESCO we utilize a combination of Variable Plane lasers and Pipe lasers to ensure all foundations are driven to the correct height and well within the given tolerances of the selected racking system.

We are uniquely experienced in the mechanical and safety techniques necessary for a successful module installation. Our direct hire staff and experience with multiple racking manufactures on both projects small and large allows us to implement techniques learned through nearly a decade of experience installing racking components across the U.S.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
As a licensed Electrical Contractor in multiple states, NESCO can perform a suite of services from permitting to full turnkey interconnection services. Our team of Journeyworkers and apprentices is well versed in multiple types of solar and industrial electrical projects. Our in-house solar technicians monitor and quality check work and offer full commissioning capabilities.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
NESCO’s ability to deliver a project on time without sacrificing safety or quality sets us apart, and we welcome the opportunity provide any client the best of NESCO’s skill and experience to ensure your satisfaction and profitability. Our Construction Management service allows NESCO to Self-Perform scopes while eliminating the need for a third-party General Contractor. In turn, we are able to reduce costs across the project by eliminating mark-ups from multiple subcontractors and General Contractors.

OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE
Our Asset Management Team offers site-specific maintenance programs for clients concerned with protecting their investment long-term. We offer ground vegetation control, and module cleaning programs; Multipoint structural and equipment maintenance inspections including thermal scanning and IV curve tracing; In-depth production tracking with reactive services dispatched to reduce system downtime.
